By using this barcode label editor ("the app"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Description of the service
The app is a free, browser-based tool for designing labels (text, 1D/2D barcodes, images, and shapes), importing data in bulk from CSV/Excel/text files for batch label generation, and printing or exporting the result as PDF or images. It does not require account registration.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the app to:
- Generate barcodes, labels, or identifiers intended to deceive, defraud, or falsely represent goods (for example, counterfeit product labels or falsified regulatory markings);
- Upload or process content that is unlawful, infringes on someone else's rights, or that you do not have the right to use;
- Attempt to interfere with, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the app's backend services or infrastructure;
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or copy the app in order to build a competing service.
Your content
You retain all rights to the labels and content you design using the app. As described in our Privacy Policy, label content and imported batch data are processed locally in your browser; saved label files pass through our server only to be encrypted and returned to you, and we do not keep a copy or claim any ownership over your designs.
Our content
The app's software, design, and branding (excluding content you create) belong to us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Using the app does not grant you any rights to our branding, source code, or underlying software beyond what is needed to use it as intended.
Availability and changes to the service
The app is provided free of charge, and we may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of it at any time, without notice and without liability to you.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. See our Disclaimer for details on your responsibility to verify label and barcode accuracy, and the limits of our liability for your use of the app.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time as the app changes. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the revised terms.
